WNBA All-Star 2023

Program Overview

AT&T showed up big for the WNBA All-Star in Vegas by blending AT&T’s player partnerships with the vibrant culture and lifestyle of the WNBA, introducing the first-ever, tech-focused AT&T Style Studio.

The experience provided fans with the opportunity to immerse themselves in the exciting world of AR Apparel, crafted by All-Star players A’ja Wilson and Arike Ogunbowale. Onsite, AR mirrors were integrated into distinct player stations, allowing fans to witness their favorite players' personalities come to life through immersive, life-sized objects. Additionally, the custom AR Apparel was made accessible to a wider audience through Snapchat, ensuring season-long exposure and enabling fans at home to partake in the fun as well.

The experience caught the attention of AdWeek - check out the feature here.

Drawing inspiration from the cultural trend of nail designs, AT&T took it to the next level with a one-of-a-kind nail bar powered by robotic nail technology. An array of designs were provided to fans, including talent autographs, a recreation of A'ja's newest sneaker drop, and other designs inspired by the league and the vibrant essence of Las Vegas. Not only did it serve as an enjoyable takeaway for fans, but it also created a buzz-worthy experience.

Lastly, the space attracted prominent basketball figures, including Sue Bird, Baron Davis, Commissioner Cathy Engelbert, Holly Rowe, and, of course, A’Ja and Arike themselves.
